    The hotel room itself was clean and comfortable. I booked my reservation through Expedia. However I was also charged by the hotel. So I had was charged twice. It has taken numerous calls both to local hotel and Holiday Inn Express Customer service. Manager has never contacted me and I have called numerous times. It has been exactly 1 month and I am still awaiting credit to my account. They are not members of BBB so I would have filed formal complaint. Will think twice before booking with Holiday Inn again
