Avoid like the plague. Twice I've sent my children to the store with issues with their phones and neither time have their issues been resolved however they did come home with new tablets and a new upgrade from the manager named Van without our permission. Then we get the bill with activation fees and prorated charges and spent two hours with customer service to resolve. Would give 0 stars if possible.
